AVEO Pharmaceuticals Inc. signed a 12-year lease with BioMed Realty Trust Inc. for 126,000 sq. ft. of office and laboratory space at 650 East Kendall St. in Cambridge, Mass. The property is located in the heart of a biotechnology super-cluster. It is a six-story, 280,000-sq.-ft. research facility supported by six levels of below-grade parking. The building has received Gold LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
AVEO is a cancer therapeutics company.
