SUPPLIED VIDEO: Doubling Down on Retail Investment

As Jones Lang LaSalle’s Margaret Caldwell views it, transaction volume may have been down in the first quarter—but she’s been busier than ever.  She’s predicting an uptick in retail sales by at least 10 percent in 2013, with investors who had formerly been focused on Class A properties moving up the risk spectrum to those B and C assets.
