Colliers Launches High-Tech Property Marketing with FoneMine

Colliers Parrish International, a commercial real estate firm based in San Jose, Calif., has launched a mobile marketing program with FoneMine, a Silicon Valley tech firm headquartered in Sunnyvale, Calif. The program uses Google mapping and other technologies to help Colliers customers more quickly buy and sell commercial properties, and monitor marketing activity.

Through FoneMine, property buyers or sellers and brokers can access a mobile Web flyer simply by using keywords from a property sign, for instance. Property details, photographs and fast access to agents are all available through the program, which advances the technology of obtaining property information and broker contact.

The application is accessible from nearly any phone, according to Colliers. It can generate detailed reports that monitor activity for each property listing, such as the number of mobile Web flyer requests, and visits to a property’s photo slideshow.

Agents can also quickly determine the number of times a listing is shared or emailed. Another feature is a database of customers who have expressed interest in receiving information, which offers a database of leads.

“I’ve seen how technology in our profession has dramatically increased our effectiveness over the years. Fonemine is an impressive advancement that furthers our ability to deliver property information with accuracy as well as speed,” says Don Reimann, Colliers senior vice president.
