ONTARIO, CA—New Jersey-based Tactical Logistics Solutions has leased 192,000 sq. ft. of industrial space at 1670 Etiwanda Ave. in Ontario, Calif. This lease will help the full-service global supply chain company expand into the Inland Empire market.
“The company was looking for a size requirement of approximately 200,000 square feet with the ability to phase in over a period of time,” said Tim Pimentel, of Cushman & Wakefield’s Inland Empire’s industrial team, in a statement. “One of the attractions of this site was the option to initially take 100,000 square feet, phase into it over the course of nine months and take over the whole area after the 12th month. The landlord was flexible and workable about the phase-in and other lease terms.”
Pimentel, along with colleagues Charles Belden and Kyle Kehner represented Tactical Logistics. Steve Bellitti, Tom Taylor and Summer Coulter of Colliers represented owner Landlord Riverside Bluffs Realty Corp., an affiliate of Sares Regis-J.P. Morgan.
Tactical Logistics Solutions will share the one-story, 400,000-sq.-ft. building with Complete Logistics Control.
