YUM! BRANDS INKS DALLAS' LARGEST LEASE OF '03

Yum! Brands Inc. signed the Dallas market's largest office lease of 2003 when it renewed its 321,000 sq. ft. lease at Crescent Real Estate Equities Co.'s Class-A property, The Aberdeen. The building has been home to Yum! Brands and its subsidiaries, such as Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Long John Silver's, for more than eight years.

WATT COMMERCIAL GRABS 3.1 MILLION SQ. FT. RETAIL PORTFOLIO

Watt Commercial Properties Inc. has acquired 14 California shopping centers totaling more than 3.1 million sq. ft. from M&H Realty Partners. Watt partnered with Centro Properties Group, an Australian syndicate, in the transaction. The centers will be held by the newly formed Centro Watt American REIT. The portfolio includes six neighborhood centers, six community centers and two power centers.

DP PARTNERS PLANS SPEC INDUSTRIAL FACILITY

DP Partners has broken ground on a 570,000 sq. ft. speculative industrial facility in Rochelle, Ill. The building, named LCR 570, is the first building to be built at the 5 million sq. ft. industrial park LogistiCenter at Rochelle.
