After a $100 million renovation, the former Forest Fair Mall reopened in a splash of color as Cincinnati Mills, a 1.5 million-square-foot Mills Corp. property with more than 200 specialty and outlet stores, restaurants and entertainment attractions. Architecture firm FRCH Design Worldwide brightened up and rejuvenated a floundering mall originally built in 1989. Retailers such as Bass Pro Shops and Kohl's draw shoppers to Cincinnati from as far away as Louisville, Ky., and Indianapolis.
