Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton, Calif., is getting a new Nordstrom. The 149,000-square-foot anchor will be built next to its existing store, which is being converted into specialty stores and a 75,000-square-foot movie theater. New restaurants and another anchor are planned for the center, jointly owned by The Mills Corp. and General Motors Pension Trust.
