CHI St. Luke’s Health has become the first health care partner for Vivacity, the medical district within the master-planned community Valley Ranch. The health system partnered with The Woodlands-based The Signorelli Co., which is developing Valley Ranch, to address health care needs for the 1,400-acre community in northeast Houston. Vivacity will occupy 186 acres at the interchange between the Grand Parkway and Interstate 69/U.S. Highway 59. CHI St.
