Transwestern Buys West Houston Building with Austin-based Private Equity Real Estate Firm

Transwestern and Virtus Real Estate Capital bought the property at 2051 S. Greenhouse Road and will lease it as a medical office building.

A structure in west Houston has changed hands and will soon become a medical office building. Transwestern Investment Group — the investment management affiliate of Houston-based real estate firm Transwestern — and Austin-based Virtus Real Estate Capital purchased a property at 2051 S. Greenhouse Road from The Woodlands-based D’Agostino Cos., according to a press release. Transwestern will lease and manage the site as a medical office building now named the Greenhouse Medical Plaza.
