FT. LAUDERDALE, FL - Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, announced today the hiring of Peyton Moore as a Senior Associate with the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale office. In his new role, Moore will focus on the representation of owners of class A office properties in South Florida in leasing space in order to maximize the value of their assets.
Bringing a wealth of real estate and management experience, Moore was most recently with Colliers International South Florida, and prior to that he served as Regional Director for Sperry Van Ness where he was responsible for brokerage revenue growth in Florida, Georgia and Alabama, as well as Costa Rica and Panama. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Investor Relations for The Broward Alliance, the public/private partnership for economic development of Broward County, Fla.

Over the past 60 days, Avison Young has announced two new offices – Miami and West Palm – and the addition of 25 plus team members to bolster the newest locations. Beyond that, Avison Young has announced $17 million in sales, 147,000 square feet of office leases, and 454,800 square feet of property management assignments.

Moore earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Florida.
