HOBOKEN, NJ—AECOM Technology Corp.’s Tishman Construction operation will be managing the construction of Park Place, a green development in Hoboken, N.J. that broke ground earlier this month.
Developed by Bijou Properties along with the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust, Park Place will span 412,350 sq. ft. The property will feature 212 rental units, retail space, a six-level parking garage and educational space. When complete, Park Place will be one of two LEED-certified Gold residential units in Hoboken.

Tishman, which has already provided preconstruction services, is currently clearing the site and beginning the project’s initial construction phase. The $131-million development is expected for delivery in 2015.
