Real Estate Arts Inc., a strategic design consultancy, has signed a new lease at 31 Penn Plaza. The firm will occupy approximately 6,822 rentable sq. ft. on a portion of the sixth floor for a 10-year term, announced Savanna, a New York-based real estate private equity firm.
Real Estate Arts specializes in corporate, retail, hospitality, resort, office and mixed-use projects with a focus on building dynamic brands.
Mitchell Konsker, Matthew Astrachan and Matthew Polhemus of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the Landlord, Savanna, while Michael Hirsch and Benjamin Friedland of CBRE, Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction.
