Cleveland – Locally based Developers Diversified Realty (DDR) was awarded the exclusive management and leasing contract for Tilghman Square Shopping Center in Allentown, Pa. by New York-based DRA Advisors. DDR will receive management, leasing, out parcel, development and ancillary income fees relevant to operating the center for the property owner.
The 234,157 sq.-ft. community shopping center is anchored by an AMC Theatre and Cottage Crafters.
