The Mall at Stonecrest is designed as a collection of buildings arranged in a continuous, curvilinear configuration that forms an exterior park. Anchor tenants are located along the outer ring and ends of the curved mall to allow for highway and main entry exposure, while the inner ring of the curved mall envelopes the extensively landscaped exterior park. Varying colors of masonry and textures support the premise of a collection of buildings and help to distinguish the spaces within the project. The roof line extends out to form a canopy over each of the five primary entrances and the food court, all with full-height curtain wall glass to enhance visibility of the interior spaces.

The interior of the mall is organized into "Streets" and "Galleries." The Streets -- featuring an exposed steel structure, laser cut metal panel handrails, stained concrete flooring and continuous clerestory glass -- anchor the ends of the mall and serve as the transition between the exterior spaces and the interior galleries. The Galleries -- featuring a high-volume sloped roof, glass panel handrails, stone flooring and use of both punched windows and high clerestory glass -- occupy the center portion of the mall and connect the interior streets.

The park amenities include a mixture of hardscaped and softscaped public gathering areas and seating areas, canopied storefronts, street kiosk shopping, cafŽ seating, pedestrian-level lighting and grade-level interactive water features. Four, 50-foot-tall light towers and a 75-foot-long rooftop graphic sign identify the park and create high visibility from the highway. Exterior landscaping also features tree-lined access roads and sidewalks, extensive ground cover and large granite boulders incorporated as exterior signage elements around the site.
