PRESS RELEASE: TW Realty Corp. Promotes Lauren Flanagan

Melville, N.Y. – T. Weiss Realty Corp., one of Long Island’s largest family-run real estate development companies, has promoted Lauren Rachel Flanagan to director of marketing and public relations.

Flanagan, who joined the company two years ago as a marketing representative, will continue to be responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts of T. Weiss, a commercial real estate developer, owner and manager, and its affiliates, Conference and Meeting Centers of Long Island and TOTUS Business Centers.  She also oversees each of the company’s websites, provides assistance in leasing activities, and coordinates the firm’s civic and charitable efforts.

“Lauren has proven herself to be invaluable to our growing business during the past two years,” said Ted Weiss, founder and Chief Executive Officer of T. Weiss Realty Corp.

A native of Boulder, Colo., Flanagan now resides in Rockville Centre.

Flanagan recently received a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stony Brook University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Adelphi University.

Flanagan is a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society, the Long Island Real Estate Group and the Melville Chamber of Commerce. She is a volunteer wish grantor for the Make-A-Wish Foundation in the metropolitan New York area and is active with the American Heart Association and the March of Dimes.
