SRS Real Estate Becomes Leasing Agent for Portland’s Lloyd Center

Cypress Equities appointed SRS Real Estate Partners as leasing agent for Lloyd Center, a 1.478-million-sq.-ft. mall in Portland, Ore.

Nordstrom, Macy’s, Sears, Marshall’s and Ross Dress for Less anchor the property. Lloyd Center also features 180 specialty shops, a 900-seat food court, an indoor ice-skating rink and an eight-screen movie theater.

Ron Dowhaniuk will handle this assignment on behalf of SRS Real Estate.

Winick Realty Launches New Jersey Investment Sales Division

Winick Realty Group NJ launched an investment sales division. The new department will focus on all types of assets, including net-leased properties and shopping centers throughout New Jersey.

Winick hired Urszula Zoltek to lead the New Jersey investment sales team. Previously, she worked for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services and Edgewood Properties.

“The investment sales market is red-hot right now, with a substantial amount of business that reaches pre-recession levels,” said Tyler Bennett, founding partner of Winick Realty Group NJ, in a statement. “We believe it is the right time to launch an investment sales division to meet this demand, as well as provide another level of service to our investors that extends our scope beyond that of our competitors.”

Venture Commercial Negotiates Texas Retail Leases

Venture Commercial completed multiple leasing transactions in North Texas.

Stacy Furniture & Design signed a lease for a 43,250-sq.-ft. store at Preston Parker Crossing in Plano. John Zikos and Chris Booras, of Venture Commercial, represented the tenant in the transaction. Carter Butler and Maury Levy, of United Commercial Realty, represented the landlord.

Whole Earth Provision signed a lease for a 22,361-sq.-ft. store at Southlake Town Square in Southlake. Larry Leon, Jonathan Cooper and Ross McCook, of Venture Commercial, represented the tenant in the deal. Rand Horowitz, of United Commercial Realty, represented the landlord.

Party City Corp. signed a lease for a 12,389-sq.-ft. store at Overton Park Plaza in Fort Worth. Larry Leon, Jonathan Cooper and Ross McCook represented Party City. Daniel Goldware, of Weingarten Realty, represented the landlord.

99 Cents Only signed a lease for a 16,086-sq.-ft. store at Galloway Plaza in Mesquite. Larry Leon, Clay Mote, David Schnitzer and Ross McCook represented the tenant. Bob Baker, of Baker Holdings Inc., represented the landlord.

Gen-X signed a lease for a 14,600-sq.-ft. store at Wynnewood Village Shopping Center in Dallas. Bryan Cornelius and Tonya Hagood, of Venture Commercial, represented the tenant, along with Chris Monson, of Mountain West Retail. Scott Singelton, of Brixmor, represented the landlord.

Durango Trading Co. signed a lease for a 14,286-sq.-ft store at Preston Beltline shopping center in Dallas. Amy Pjetrovic-Hunnicutt and Chris Green, of Venture Commercial, represented the tenant. Tim Thompson, of Crestview Real Estate LLC, represented the landlord.

Henry S. Miller Brokerage promoted Henry S. Miller IV to senior vice president. Miller has more than 16 years of experience in real estate, including leasing, sales and development. He joined the company in 1996.

HLW International hired Manuel S. Bouza Jr. as design director for shell and core in the Los Angeles office. Bouza has 26 years of experience in architecture. Previously, he served as principal with Manuel Bouza Architect.
